I had signed a contract for remodeling the kitchen and two bathrooms, we agreed on a price. As soon as he started demolishon he started doing unecessary work taking down things that I never asked for and started charging me extra money. He double charged me for most things because they were already included in the contract but he charged for change order, overall he over charged about 40K. This man has no knowledge about construction he is a conman, he will take your money and give you inferior work. Contractor name is Abi Mottahedeh. Watch out he is a conman he'll sweet talk you at first he'll convince you that he is a professional, then if you don't agree with him or you demand the work then he'll scream at you and threatens with putting a lien on your house.
