On 7/10 $99.49 was taken from my checking account without my permition. I have spoken to pmc several times without any refund. I sent them a fax on their form requesting a refund. They said they never received it. I followed this up with several phone calls. They said a supervisor would get bck to me but that never happened. I would appreciate any assistance you can give me.
