Failure

I was in there this past Saturday morning. I was involved in an auto accident, booneville transferred me to corinth. There were no discharge papers given to me by either hospital. I have no idea how long I am supposed to wear this cast on my arm nor how I am supposed to care for it. There was no medication prescribed for me by either hospital. Despite the great amount of pain I am in. I have tried calling numerous times to get this handled and have kept a cool head, even though I was Hung up on twice. I have lived all over the us and have never encountered a hospital as neglectful as yours. You are supposed to treat your patients, but it seems to me that you just want them in and out as quickly as possible. I will be saying a prayer for each one of you in hopes that either you will come to your senses and start treating people like people, or that you will be shut Down entirely. People that live in your town should trust you enough to come there with anything. But the true level of incompetence is show by the number of people that chose to drive thirty miles or more away even in life a threatening situation. Trust is not what you have earned by the people of booneville. Just disdain and an utter lack of confidence. I truely hope that you have made it to the end of this e mail. And I pray it touches someone's heart. Although I feel that it won't. Good day and I hope you turn things around. Not just for OUR community but for yourselves and your families as well. You should not be ashamed of your place of employment, well in your case you should be
