I ordered a phone online July 28. The phone wasn't working properly. I went online on Aug. 7 to start the return process. There wasn't a return lable in box. I was told that a lable would me emailed. After 1.5 days and no lable I went back online. Spoke to someone on the online chat they said they would resend a lable. Aug 12 still no lable. I called customer service they said again the will resend the lable. It wasn't until Aug. 18 that i recieved a lable via email. I spoke to a supervisor (John) on Aug. 16 he said that when they recieved the phone they will send me a samgung galaxy 2 at no cost. It is now Aug 23 and the have nothing in thier system that stats that. Now I have an extended contract and no phone.
