This female with an Indian accent described "I had $7000.00 in the National reserve because I had been paying all my bills and taxes on time." I was to send $260. Refundable through western union. She said to tell the clerk this was a friend. The receiver was "Shiv Chan" India
I was to receive money in minutes and deposit it to my account (which I gave the routing number and bank account number.) She was on the phone through out the process of sending the money. Number 202-580-8596
