An unnamed source at phone #202-470-3455, claiming they have $7000.00 from the Federal Reserve Bank for me, because my name was randomly selected. I am supposed to pay $225.00 to Western Union a one time fee. I figure it is a scam

Miscellaneous

The foreign English speaking male kept saying that this money in the amount of $7000.00, I was to pick up from Western Union within 30 minutes, after paying Western Union $225.00, as a one time fee. I determined it was a scam because for one, nobody gives you money for free, two, he kept saying Federal Reserve Bank over and over, as if to make it sound legitimate and finally, having used Western Union many times, transactions usually take more than 30 minutes. The Federal Reserve Bank name is being used by scammers.
