I was checking out my bank statement and seen where loan tree had taken $30 from my account, even though I didn't authorize it. I called and them on July 25th and they told me that it would take 10 days to have it refunded, It is a month later 8/25 and I still haven't received my refund. I gusess I will get incontact with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the Chamber of Commerce in the town that I live in because something has to be done with these a_holes. Time is to hard for these f%heads to just take people money like that
