I noticed a questionable transaction from my checking account for the amount of $30 and immediately contacted my credit union. Apparently, Loan Tree Advances, whom I had never heard of initiated this transaction. I did not authorize it and contacted them to rectify the situation. They don't even service the state that I live in! After complete frustration speaking to a less than knowledgeable customer service Rep I was transferred to a manager. I was then told my money would be refunded in 5 business days! We shall see, but I won't be holding my breath! It's all very shady, be forewarned!!!
