I purchased this product on line and found out there were too many secondary costs. Such as up-grade costs and purchase of a website and webname for 180.00. I have tried to get a refund of my money, but I can't even get so much as a return phone call. They put you on a loop that says they are taking care of other callers and you never hear back. I am on a fixed income and this a blow to what I have coming in which isn't much, still I need my money.
