On July 16 we joined this travel agency who claimed they could plan our trips for 1/2 the price w can. To date we have been reimbursed $48.00 on a $2,500.00 trip. We can make better deals with AARP and they don't charge. I tried to have them book a week in Branson, Mo. But we got better rates on our own. KThey refused to answer my emails or call me back on the phone.
