Installers No-Showed Four Times, Business Phone Order Cancelled

I wasted a total of 20 hours (on four different occasions) waiting for installers to put in wiring for a new business phone. They never showed. When I called I was sent from rude person to rude person. Unbelievable. I never did get the service and today I finally cancelled the order. Do not waste your time and energy.
