I was supposed to be renting a townhouse from a woman named Debbie Berge. She had been relocated to wembley, UK for her job and that is why she was renting out her home. I was emailing her about the property and we came to an agreement on what would be paid and how I was to get the keys as she was over seas. I wired her the money via western union and then as soon as the money was wired a man took over contact with me and told me that he was her husband. He said that the keys had been shipped and gave me a tracking number for the company and everything. Then the package was put on hold and he said that the keys wouldn't be delivered to me until I paid more money to his family in Africa. I have no idea what has happened to Debbie or if it is just someone falsely using her information to pretend to rent out her townhouse becasue I had contacted the townhouse community's property manager and confirmed that Debbie Berge was the owner of the house. I was supposed to move in over a week ago and still have not recieved the keys. I have gone by the house and there are people living in it just now so i belive that someone is using this womans information to make money. I have spent the last of my college money trying to pay for this house and have been having to stay in hotels and my car as all of my starting up money is now gone. The address of the house is 9207 prairieview Ln N, Champlin, Mn 55316. The company supposedly delivering the package is redex express and my tracking number was REX24536748DX. I need this money back as it was the last of my money that I needed for college and I am living out of my car now.
