I ordered the BOGO cooktop that was to include two cooktops two sets of cookware and carrying cases and cookbooks. The two cooktops arrived but no pans. I called and spoke to the supervisor on duty who said they would check the taape of the conversation and if the sales person had actually told me that the pans were included then I would be sent them. I was to hear in 3-5 business days. That did not happen so I will call them back. If they don't resolve this in the next 3-5 business days I will see if there is something the Attorney General of wisconsin can do.
