Ordered New Balance MW646GR, received a disposable shower cap valued at 20 cents. PayPal denied my initial claim because merchant supplied tracking number. I have appealed. I have photos of the mail I received, clearly not a pair of shoes. PayPal has had months to shut down this crook.
