Ordered sneakers on May 29. Received a disposable shower cap on June 15th after filing a complaint with paypal. E-mail communications with paypal were unsatisfactory. It was necessary to contact them by phone to get my refund. They closed my claim once there was a tracking number from the seller before they checked with me to see if I had received what I ordered. Although I got my money back I will no longer use Paypal since they continue to do business with a fraudulent company
