I bought "Shed Pal" $22.90 & Ice-cream maker $35.00 on 14/06 from them.

I went to redeem my item "Shed Pal" on 19 Jul and 1 of the lady in their office told me that this item has finished due to many defects, she has asked me to leave my contact details to update me in next week on the status of this item, I have not receive any call from them after 2 weeks have pasted, when I log into my account, they had updated my voucher as "USED", I tried to call them but no one answer the phone, then I realised that I had not receiving any email deal from them recently, and their website site has zero deal available.

Anyone can help us to get back our money?
