I won an item through auction on October 8 and still have not received it despite several complaints to
DealDash. When they do respond, they told me the item was shipped, then they don't know what happened
to it, and they would check on it (for over a month). I still do not have the item or an answer to where my
item is. Had trouble receiving other items I won, as well. Now they tell me once their shipping company
"ships" the package, they are not responsible for whether the customer received their item. They told me
they would check into it last week, and I still have not heard back from them. I requested a refund of my
unused bids at the price I purchased them for as well as the item that was won. They told me they can only
refund the first bid package I bought, and nothing else. I have several emails back and forth with them, but this matter has still not been resolved. I have filed a complaint with the NY BBB a few weeks ago, but have
not heard back from them eithe
