Refuse to repair car

My car has been at Ed Napleton for 2 days. This company sent an inspector out to inspect the car and found a fluid he said contaminated the transmission. No one tested the solution to see what it is. I am a senior citizen and only drive the car; I don't work on them. Someone is responsible for this problem and because I have coverage it should be taken care by the Warrenty company. I do hope you can persude them to fix this problem.
