I tried to make an appointment at this hospital for my 84 year old monther to have injections in her hip, because her insurance requires her to go there (keystone 65). Well when i tried to schedule them for her today, they told me that she needs to go back to pennsylvania hospital and have the doctor write a prescription for the medication for the shots and take that to the pharmacy at pennsylvania hospital and bring that to them... What kind of hospital do we have in south philadephia... They were depo shots and cortorozone shots... They also said that they do not do them there that often... I do not even trust them to do them for my mother... I have filed a grievance with her insurance company... Can you help me, because, i am very angry!!! (methodist hospital... Broad and ritner sts.
