I won the CommonWealth Lotter 50,000pounds so I was told. I paid almost $2000 to Charlie Palmer and Western Union. London. Charlie sent me to the Santantander UK Pic / Alliance and Leicester after telling me that he could not send it Western Union as he promised.
Mr. Steve Phillips contacted me and said I needed to set up a bank account. $777.00 more was needed. I asked him if any other payments needed to be made. Mr. Philllips replied saying that $777.00 was the only payment. I could start to transfer the money right away. Also, that I would enjoy their customer service. I sent the money Westen Union in 3 payments. He sent me a bank site that looked really fake to me. Especially, when some sections said 401 Forbidden. I could not transfer of course. Finally almost 2 weeks later Mr. Phillips said I needed 2,000pounds more for a COD fee. I cussed him up and down because he lied to me. Please put him and Charlie behind bars! REF# SU/02-J/1065/SCT is what he used for a reference number. His phone is 447012962791 is his phone number in his emails. Please help me. I now this was a mistake but I needed the cash.
