I ordered a battery charger in March and contacted seller abount instructions and that it didn't work. Never heard back and then I needed to use it a couple weeks ago and emailed them again. I did hear back from them saying that it is covered under a warranty. I feel like they should not be sending out merchandise that doesn't work. I feel it should have been rreplaced by them, and not left up to me to return it for the warranty to fix or replace it.
