I placed my order for an 8x12 canvas print on July 24. I never received any shipping confirmation so I called on July 30 then they emailed the tracking information later that day. I received the canvas on Aug 1. It was absolutely the worst printing I've ever seen. The image was very dull and had a gray cast to it. I emailed immediately asking for a refund. They responded that they will reprint and ship asap. It is now August 23 and I've heard nothing more. Multiple requests for refund or reprint have been ignored. Do not waste your money and time - avoid this company.
