I brought my car into mercedes benz of cherry hill New Jersey the tech. Had advised the sales mechanic that I needed vals kits which cost $575.00 I advised the sales mechanic (jim finch) to do just the left side he advised me that both side should be done. I give him the ok and told him that I needed my car back by Aug. 18, he called me on Aug. 20 claiming he called on friday which was a lie. I want to the shop on tuesday Aug. 21, to get my car then I was told the strut had broke and they are refusing liability so now their trying to charge me $1,600.00 to get my car.
