This company talked me into listing my timeshare, for rent or sale, although I was skeptical initially I fell for it out of desperation. The salesperson was extremely good at her job and made me feel like she really wanted to help me. I paid $1500, this was meant to be a one time payment and every three months I had to call and renew the contract. Each time I called to renew they said there had been some interest in the timeshare but no buyers at that time. I called to renew, without fail, every three months until a few months ago when all I got was an answering machine, no one returned my call. I called another three times and also emailed them. I now know it that it was a scam. This company needs to be closed down, they are nothing but thieves.
