I have never heard of these people but they took 3.95 out of my bank acct

I have never heard of these people, they sent me a package, I didn't regognize the address so I sent it back without opening it and they charged my bank account $3.95 anyway. Called them said I had to call my bank, which I did. This is fraudulent and i want my $3.95 back!!!
