Charging my account for added services

To Whom it may concern,

I purchased aproduct from this company Speedwinds Nutrition, as a promotional purchase, found nothing in the file stating there was going to be additional charges. I happened to review my account and found a new charge from this company. After attempting to contact this company numerous times trying to resolve the matter. The recording for call always propted me to the answering machine and or 3 digit extension. Tried numerous extensions with no luck of actually talking to someone. Now I have to wait and check in with my bank to see what recourse there is. After reading comments on line about this company it looks like it might take some time to resolve if possible. I believe the Better Buisness Bureau needs to get involved.
