Company does not believe in satisfactions its a total joke. I got charged shipping for two products keep in mind they said package would be here with 3 days. I did not receive the package they sent it usps claiming the status was indeed delivered. When called to customer service a lady named Sham chomas answered with lame excuses saying wait another day for package. No refund could be made when asked for supervisor she simply said they say the same thing. When asked to pull threw she put me on hold to try scamming me into believing it was someone new i asked politely again she said no i couldn't talk to a supervisor this company has stole from many and i don't understand how they are still up scamming people threw DR. Oz show
