I used their "Free 7 trial" about a month ago and was just now charged $39.95 without an email saying they were gonna do so. Under their help center when you look at the membership and billing it they clearly say "If you elect to keep your membership, you'll be charged only $39.95 each year to ensure uninterrupted access (don't worry, we'll email you first)." I don't recall ever getting the email
