Beware!!! Looked up my grandfather through 7-day free trial. Didn't notice that I was billed $39.95 on April 14 of last year, until I saw the same amount billed on April 14 of this year. When I called the toll-free number the agent told me my membership had been renewed. When I informed him I didn't even know I had a membership, he said that I had joined for $39.95 last year, same date! While he agreed to credit my account this year's membership (!), he said he couldn't do anything about last year. I think I was lured in for free membership and then billed without my knowledge. I am in my 70's, watch my pennies carefully, and think I'm savvy but I sure missed the boat on this one. Beware!!!
