I ordered from global needlecraft. Several weeks (after unanswered phone calls) the order arrived. It was defective and incomplete thus usless. I have made numerous calls (the number this morning was said to be out of service) and many unanswered e-mails. I can't return the "guaranted junk because I'm sure I would never see a refund. Help
