I ordered a necklace from this company on August 5. They charged my paypal account for the item plus shipping and my credit card was charged accordingly. When almost two weeks had passed I sent an inquiry to the company to find out the status of the order. They did not respond even after about 3 attempts to contact them. So I took the complaint up with Paypal and they are currently waiting on a response from the company. To my knowledge nothing has been done and I have to wait until August 28 to find out if paypal is going to refund my account or not. If not (which I don't understand why they wouldn't I will then have to write a formal complaint letter to my credit card. I believe this is a bogus company doing business on the internet and stealing money from people. They dont even have a phone number listed to try and contact somebody.in any event I am appalled that nobody would even respond to me. My lesson learned is to never order anything online again unless it is with a reputable company. But I still plan come hell or high water to get my money back. But I want it to go on record that I believe this company is scamming people.
