Basically i used my direct debit card to transfer money to somone in hong kong to purchase something

She told me i will recieve parcel in one week. I ended up paying extra as i wanted the item between 3-5 days, so i paid $63 to have it shipped by DHL, instead of ems, i made the payment on the 17th of July, it is now the 22nd of august and no item has been recieved, the account holder is now ignoring my emails

I got in touch with my bank and they are unable to do anything which i am very disappointed and upset about, so was wondering if you could help?

I have typed the lady's email address into google who i was in touch with and it seems like she is a fraudlent
