Bad service

My boyfriend and I went to hhgregg in tallahassee nov. 28th. As we walked around looking at tv's. Not one person working there would speak to us. I saw three employee's standing around a tv playing around and asked for assistance with the tv's and they told me it wasnt their dept. And they went back to playing around. Finally one lady was nice enough to go find someone and when the gentlemen stated helping us another customer walked up and he went to help her. He told us he would be right back. After we waited for 20 min. He came over and said he was sorry but it would be a little while until he could help us again. We told him not to worry about it and we left. After checking other stores we decieded that tv was the cheapest. Even though I did not want to buy it my boyfriend insisted. So we went back in and the same gentlemen came over to help us. He was more eager to help us when we told him that we were gonna buy something. I dont think the customer service is there for that store. I felt like we were a bother to them. I will not ever buy anything from them again.
