Over the last four years, Mattress Warehouse has sold a "top of the line" mattress to my elderly Mother, Each time charging a $69.99 delivery charge. Over the last four years the mattress had to be replaced, But a new delivery charge is charged by the company.
Even though the matress is under warranty.
This last time the Lancaster store manager told us that the salesman sold her "seconds" billed as "Top of the line" has been fired.
