This scam company started withdrawing $16.04 from my checking account every month since 11/07. I never authorized this transaction. But they said when I applied for comcast service it automatically registered me to their company, while I have never been informed about that. So I called them and asked to give my money back, but they said they could only offer 12-month refund. This is not acceptable. Please help me. I want the all my money back. If you type this company on Google you will notice that this is a scam.
