Magi Jack worked fine for the first year. After I renewed for the second year the reception gradually became so bad from interference I couldn't use it. I could only reach tech support with text. They tried multiple times to fix the problem. After being transferred multiple times screwing up my computer and being hung up on I gave up on this service.
