I have just received an item from the post office and it is not the one I ordered at all.

I ordered a Paul's Boutique bag for GBP36,37 (49,25 euros) and they have sent me an anonymous bag which is horrible and nothing like the one I paid for. Mine should be a black paul's boutique bag and this is a beige one without any trend.

Please advise as soon as possible of what to do with it because I want either my money back or the item I have paid for.
