I purchased two dresses from www.bcbgdressonsale.com for $198.00 each, less than a week apart. I have a very special wedding to go to in the near future and wanted to choose one of the two dresses since I was guaranteed they have a return policy if the dress was never worn and still had tags etc. Neither dress that came in the mail from shanghai chai shen industrial company limited looked anything like the pictures of the dress I purchased. One of them was not even a BCBG dress. I have attempted to email them several times, as this is the only way to reach them. I cannot get a reply. Does anyone have a mailing address for this company? Do not order anything from either company!!!
