Never use this Bus Company

Never ever use this company. The two people that I was dealt with was Susan Barrett (sales) or Marty Cusack (dispatcher. I called and email them for a refund, Susan, Marty or Christina would not call me back. Finally Donna Yehia, customer service call and said they would review. She stated all that if all of the paper works was in order and they would review refunding some of the money.
Christina Dellarocca was the project manager, I guess her job is make sure their service is screw up.), if Edward Telmany is the owner, he should fire some people
They make you pay in advance, then DON’T meeting the commitments. We order three buses to pick up people in three different cities (Carrollton, Houston & San Antonio, TX) to take our people to a meeting in Austin Texas.

They kept sending me paper work over and over. I called Susan the day on Friday before the schedule trips on Sunday because I was concerned. She told me she had Talk to Marty the dispatcher and everything set up okay a bus at each city. WHAT A LIE THAT TURNS OUT TO BE.
Two buses show up in Houston, the driver ask where is Carrollton. The bus from San Antonio did not have a working heater. No bus every show up in Carrollton (Dallas), leaving 30 people with no Transportation to Austin.

Never – never - never - book anything with this company.
