Client Services Told me not to make house payments

I contacted what I believed was a government backed program number that I got from tv. The man's name was Bryan Larson and he was a fast talker. Before I knew what happened I was signed up for a loan modification, telling me my house payment would drop over $500 per month. He got my bank number and told me they would be holding $990 out of our account. He also said it would cost $250 per month for 10 months.

I wasn't informed as to when they would hold out the $250 and they held it out and caused me to overdraw on my account. The main complaint that I have is that he told me as we went along not to make my house payment. There were a total of three not made at the time they told me we were declined. Three months had passed and $250 per month was held out. I believe they knew we would have been declined earlier on, even the first month. Now we have had to make 3 house payments all at once.
