Put money in wrong bank acc. And suing me for money i didnt recieve

I got a call today 8-20-12 saying i recieved money from a usa cash advance payday loan, i never recieved no money and the checking account no. They gave me was wrong i tried to tell them that the no. Was wrong and they kept telling me that i was going to have to go to court if i didnt pay or go to jail and have to pay up to $7000.00.

I paid them the money which took all i had in the bank, because i didnt know what else to do. They said we will settle for $129. And some cents. These people are taking advantage of poor people and if they put it in the wrong account that should be their fault and not mine. Thank you.
