I FILED A COMPLAINT w/the DALLAS BBB and RECEIVED A SPEEDY REFUND AND an APOLOGY W/IN 2 WEEKS.

ONLY When enough people complain, THEN The State Atty General will get on the company's back, but until then it's just biz as usual.

So take back your power, put your tax dollars to work and go file those complaints!
