Sent off for a free trial for collegen serum on 18.07.12 which I had to pay £3.00 postage and packaging for. Nothing in details to mention that i would be signing up for any subscription or that any other moneys would be taken from my account. Recieved the "free trail" serum a week later. On the 03.08.12 £88.00 was taken from my account. No contact details or telephone numbers were provided to make a complaint.
