I used this company and it was useless - filled out a form to resign & also contacted them thought it was sorted out. I was concerned that they would continue to take money through credit card. I originally signed up for 6 mths got out in less that 3. I wasn't going to follow up on outstanding. Now they have taken the above amount out, possibily exchange costs against my will & instructions!!! No doubt you have more. Please help Andrew McGinity
