Poor customer service

Ashworth College offers some good, sound programs and their courses seem to use very updated information and the latest research.

However, they have the absolute worse customer service on the face of the earth! I had to get their accrediting agency to intervene for me after a year of trying to get results via emails, phone calls, and letters. My letters were never acknowleded!

I am again trying to get a problem resolved to no avail. My daugher is enrolled and needs the name of the Introduction to Criminal Justice text. She took the course at another school and was given credit for it at Ashworth but questions on her semester finals relate to the Ashworth text and NO ONE will give us the name of the book.

Again, Ashworth has LOUSY... Lousy... LOUSY customer service. Everyone who is dissatisfied with them should contact the Better Business Bureau, the state's attorney, and their accrediting agency.

They don't even have an. Edu extension! Unaccredited schools use.org, not accredited ones!
