My 90 year old mother saw an ad in the newspaper about a memory pill Lipogen PS Plus. She ordered a 3 month supply for one hundred nine dollars and ninety cents. This Trial was 100% Risk Free. When she found out they would automatically send her refills and take the money out of her checking account she wanted to send it back. The customer service number (866-935-0129) that was on the receipt was an non - existent number. I sent emails and called for two weeks. Nothing. Finally I called the number in the paper for ordering and they gave me the RIGHT customer service number and also told me they didnt have an email address (customerservice@lipogen.Us) I call this numder (888-748-6955) every week and they say it is pending. It has been pending for 2 months. Still no refund.
