Apparently this comopany was under investgation a month before I invested with them. However, when I checked with the Better Business Bureau nothing came up saying they were being investigated. I mailed them a $1000 money order on Aug. 3rd. On Aug. 16th the website was unavailable. Zeekler apparently shut down its website and closed its doors overnight, leaving many consumers with questions.

On August 17, Rex Venture Group, the parent company of Zeekler and Zeek Rewards, entered into a settlement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The SEC alleged that Rex Venture Group was engaged in the unregistered sale of securities
