On 8/16/20 I book a flight from MIA toBGI using mileage, was unable to complete transaction because of the difficulty I call aa and some one gave his name as Jim claim he could help and then charge US $25.00 booking fee. On 8/17 I spoke to Aget River and supevisor Richard but coul not resolve the issue. This is te second time I was taken advantage of by aa on 10/17/11I was forced to cancelled my flightand spent the day in the DR's office seeking medical care for a full blow attack Influnza and was charge US $150.00 cancellation fee, several several letters was unsuccessful last one ignored Erma
