Henry/Victor is a fake, fraudulent seller. He advertises ipads, ipods, tablets, etc. On Craigslist and then steals your money and never ships the items to you. He will call you, text you, and email you with reasons for delays in shipping... They are all lies to prolong the process. You're never getting the things you ordered!
Do not send him any money, especially through Western Union. At least through Paypal you can dispute and have the chance to get your money back. If you wire him money through Western Union for "faster shipping, " you're probably out of luck.
The "invoices" they send are fake with fake company names and fake email addresses. Don't be fooled, save your money!
