Pool Drained During Roof Job and Hole in Jacuzzi Top

On June 4th I was approached by a salesman, Dan Fleming. He was with my wife and me from 6 pm to 12:35 am. He demonstrated the roof job and the materials that were going to be used. A pre-inspection was done on Tuesday 6. I was quoted a price of $22,842.94.

When they came to do the job, they were supposed to cover the jacuzzi and my pool filter and heater. They did not cover them. Roof shingles coming down hit a handle on the pool and made the pool drain out about 3/4 of the water. It took me 7 hours to fill the pool back up with water.

When I called to complain, people did not respond. I called for my salesman 4 times, but they did not have him come to my house or call me.

They sent a job supervisor 2 weeks later. I showed him the hole in the jacuzzi top. It clearly had a hole in it, so I put a piece of tape over it.
